Welcome to Lighthouse Limo Service. By booking our services, visiting our website, or submitting any form on this site, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Lighthouse Limo Service provides luxury ground transportation services throughout the Mississippi Gulf Coast region, including but not limited to:
All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Lighthouse Limo Service. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written or verbal confirmation from us.
We reserve the right to decline any booking at our sole discretion. By submitting a booking request, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Lighthouse Limo Service accepts the following forms of payment:
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Prices are subject to change without notice. Quoted rates are valid only for the specific trip details provided at the time of booking.
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Wedding and large event bookings may be subject to a separate cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking. All cancellations must be made by phone or email to be valid.
All passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. Lighthouse Limo Service reserves the right to terminate a trip immediately, without refund, if any passenger:
The client who made the booking is responsible for the conduct of all passengers in their party. Any damage caused to the vehicle will be billed to the booking client at the cost of repair or cleaning.
Alcohol consumption in the vehicle is permitted only by passengers of legal drinking age (21+) in accordance with Mississippi state law. Lighthouse Limo Service does not provide alcohol. Passengers are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws regarding alcohol consumption.
Lighthouse Limo Service will make every effort to be on time. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control.
For airport pickups, we track your flight in real time and adjust accordingly at no additional charge. Extended wait times beyond 30 minutes after the agreed pickup time may be subject to additional fees.
By opting in to receive SMS communications from Lighthouse Limo Service, you agree to receive text messages including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and (if separately consented) promotional messages.
We will never sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
Lighthouse Limo Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific trip in question.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left in our vehicles. Passengers are responsible for their own belongings.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference, for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harrison County, Mississippi.
Lighthouse Limo Service reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
