Booking is easy! You can call or text us at (228) 797-5466, email us at info@lighthouselimoservice.com, or fill out the contact form on our website. We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and prom season.
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for most occasions. For weddings, proms, and major events, booking 2–3 months ahead is ideal to secure your preferred date and vehicle.
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit amount varies based on the service and duration. Contact us directly for specific deposit requirements for your event.
Yes, we understand plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your reservation. Changes are subject to availability.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing is based on the type of service, duration, distance, and vehicle selected. We offer competitive rates and custom packages. Contact us for a personalized quote tailored to your specific needs.
We accept PayPal, Credit Card, Venmo, Square, and Cash App. We want to make payment as convenient as possible for all our clients.
Cancellations made outside of 15 days from the event date will receive a half refund. Cancellations made within 15 days of the event date are non-refundable. We strongly encourage booking with confidence and communicating any changes as early as possible.
Gratuity is not included in our quoted prices. While never required, our professional chauffeurs always appreciate recognition of exceptional service. A standard gratuity of 15–20% is customary in the industry.

Yes! We provide transfers to and from Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport (GPT), Stennis International Airport, and New Orleans Louis Armstrong International Airport (MSY).
Yes, we are available 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. We understand that special occasions don’t always fall on weekdays. Contact us to check availability for your specific date.
Absolutely. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate early morning airport departures, late-night event pickups, and everything in between. Just let us know your timing when booking.

Non-alcoholic beverages are welcome. Champagne and alcoholic beverages are permitted for passengers of legal drinking age (21+). We ask that all food and beverages be consumed responsibly to maintain the pristine condition of our vehicles.
